I rung this company up to get some information on the items i wished to purchase, which was supplied, but rather abrubtly. then i enquired to if he could maybe give a discount as i was purchasing multiple large items, or even extended warranties on the products but the guy was very rude, and hung up on me! To be honest i thought a few other companies who had been a tad abrubt were bad enough but this company has made me mad enough to actually right this review, because i want others to be aware. About a year ago we wanted to replace our Video player. For various reasons we decided to go for a DVD Recorder/VHS Combi. And so the search began. After deciding the particular model we wanted, we began searching for the best price. Trailing the shops was out of the question. Nine times out of ten you can get it cheaper online, and can get the most up to date models. So by-passing the high street I went straight to an online search. I ordered my Panasonic TX32PL1 television over the Bank Holiday weekend after scouring several websites and looking in my local High Street shops. ED were at least £50 cheaper than most shops and they throw in the 3 yr guarantee for free! I was very surpised to receive a telephone call from ED at 9.50 on Tuesday am to tell me the tv was in stock and would be with me by Thursday/Friday! The television arrived as promised on Friday morning but to my horror was damaged!
