... of all, let me state that Dell offer reasonably priced laptops and PCs with a seemingly array of different specifications to meet their customer s needs. They offer reasonably (although not excessively) decent delivery times and offer a wide range of sensible payment options. It is for these reasons that they are the market leaders in their field. HOWEVER, Dell sales support and after sales support is absolutely shocking. I made a very specific request regarding my delivery at time of purchase and made sure to have this request confirmed in writing by return email from Dell. The request was not met which led to a 4 week delay in delivery of a laptop I had paid for....

As I like to use my phone as a diary and organiser, I wanted one that ran Windows mobile in order that I can synchronise it with Outlook on my computer. I was delighted when I saw that Expansys were selling Palm Treo 500s for what I thought was a bargain price of £80 plus (I have since found that www.svp.co.uk are selling then for £10 less and have a better reputation to boot).
