I made a small order of 2 sticks of RAM in late 2006, never received the product, had my complaint to them removed (status "settled") and never received a refund. All this took months. These guys are plain and simple crooks. I am surprised they are still allowed to be in business.

Customer service non-existent. Bought Lacie 1TB in July 06, but drive had failure. Website advised it would take +/-3 weeks to check and told to buy another one. They would refund once problem confirmed. Bought new drive and arrived okay. After 4 wks phoned for refund and advised that Accounts would refund. After months of calls and emails I got nothing. EPC Buyer.com I ordered USB hub on 10-11-06, I attempted to pay by credit card but they messed it up, so I had pay by cheque. The cheque wasn't cashed till late November. I finally got in touch by phone & they said it had been out of stock but was now in stock & they would post it following day. Lies.I then cancelled the order & asked for refund, they said they would send it, more lies. They then put me on a ticket No. system when I got in touch they said they had passed it to accounts dept. Purchased goods 2 x Lexar USB Storage Pens which I was advised by EPCBuyer were instock and delivery was 1-5 days. EPC charged my VISA and then didn`t send the goods. Emailed Customer services and received a ticket responce that they passed email onto dispatch department no answer from despatch dept, then received email claiming they would chase refund, no refund seen as yet. Customer services closed the ticket responce complaint email giving no answer or intentions.Had to contact VISA to claim money back also informed the enforcement department of trading standards.
