The usual, 3 books - £1 each plus free gift and postage - NO COMMITMENT!!

Has anyone actually SPOKEN to anyone at eTSP? All telephone automated for starters, not everyone has access to PC's all of the time, plus I have always had problems logging in. I received 2 books which were just left on my doorstep, no attempt to hide them or put them behin the wheelie bin!

After receiving many invoices for 3 books plus P&P, I wrote to them telling them I never received my 3rd book or free gift. This was ignored and kept receiving invoices until ONE DAY....... I received on for £54.97 which on my statement tells me £3 for 3 books plus £3.99 for P&P PLUS ££47.98 CANCELLATION CHARGE!!!!!!!!!! What cancellation charge??! I'm not commited! If not paid with 10 days or so, then I will be getting a visit from debt recovery..... I DON'T BELIEVE IT!!!

No ackowledgement of my letters..... no concern that I had not recieved my 3rd book, but they did cash the cheque for £2.00 which I sent for the books recieved!

I have now took this to Trading Standards & Watchdog, so lets see....

I wanted my account back to ZERO, I recieved a letter today advising me that my balance is outstanding for the book not recieved and P&P....... ARE THEY FOR REAL?!!

I'll keep you posted!! SO, MY OPINION - KEEP WELL AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
