I stumbled across this site when someone at work left me in the lurch and needing to order labels that could be printed on by a colour laser printer. I searched many sites which claimed to offer what I want only to find that they did not have the size I required or had a large minimum order value which did not suit my needs. As I work for a small business and am responsible for keeping costs down wherever possible, I'm always on the lookout for a stationery supplier who provides a fast service for the best price. I hesitate to say cheapest price as sometimes cheapest is not always best. Anyway, euroffice was advertised on a cashback site as giving 11% cashback. I have been a customer for some time and have been satisfied up until now. My last order from Euroffice was for printer ink- 4 items of which only one arrived. Money was taken from my account on the same day as ordering. After nearly a month and several phone calls the items have still not arrived. Customer services are not interested as their system shows the order completed athough I'm still waiting! I've asked for a refund but to no avail. As I’m about to go it alone in the world of business I decided to spend some of my start-up money on stationary. On a visit to pigsback.com I found that a purchase at Euroffice would give me 500 points plus a 15% discount. Never one to turn up their nose at saving some cash, I went onto the site.
