As I work for a small business and am responsible for keeping costs down wherever possible, I'm always on the lookout for a stationery supplier who provides a fast service for the best price. I hesitate to say cheapest price as sometimes cheapest is not always best.

Anyway, euroffice was advertised on a cashback site as giving 11% cashback. I did a quick search for their prices on toner for our laser printers and thought that £32.99 including VAT for compatible toner to fit a Brother HL5250 DN was fairly reasonable. I ordered just one, as I like to check out a new (to us) company before ordering huge amounts of stationery, and sure enough it arrived the following day.

The site looks well designed and easy to navigate, with an 'ink finder' which helps you select the relevant toner you need for your specific printer. You register an account with them which saves all your details as well as credit card info to save time when ordering again. I like the convenience of that, instead of constantly having to find the credit card and inputting numbers. It is possible to register for a business account, but since it's likely that I'll only be ordering infrequently I didn't bother with that and will continue to use the card.

The customer service seems okay, I get an order receipt immediately via email as well as a pdf invoice after the item has been delivered. I haven't had any problems with them yet though, so I don't know how they respond if you need to contact them in person.

Since then I've ordered more toner for our other printers and some items such as a back support, monitor riser and some padded envelopes. They all arrived the next day and well packed.

I think there is a minimum order amount to qualify you for free next delivery, which I think is £30. My first offer also included a free pack of 9 kit kats which are now in the staff kitchen and have gone down very well.

All in all, I like the ease of use of this website as well as the price of items and speedy delivery. I will probably be ordering again.
