Advantages: Quick Shipping, Good Stock Levels, Great Customer Service Support

Disadvantages: A little pricey on select items, but still competitive

Great Customer Service is all I really need to say, I ordered my HTC Touch Cruise, as I have many other devices in the past from Expansys and it arrived via post the next day. I have been a pretty loyal customer for about 4 years and each time i've ordered (about 6 phones) they've always arrived on time. I have found their staff to be fairly knowledgeable about the phones on their site and the GPS units, but no so much with other available products, then again no one can possibly know every product they carry. The shipping cost was a little high, but their willingness to help with repair shipments to manufacturers and the fact they have call center sales support is great for that. I would highly recommend Expansys for anyone. I should also mention that they keep all of your order info on file so if 10 months down the road you need an invoice they can email it over to you in seconds!
