Placed an order on 12/03/03, during the run up to the weekend, we made arrangements and confirm several times, for collection on the weekend. Drove 160miles single trip to the Manchester office before 2pm, only to find them closed. Made a complaint on Monday with the customer service manager, and heard nothing,left several messages and email,still no reply. Finally spoken to a sales person at 08:30am, who said that they will send my order 1 of 2 by post free of charge. Two days later nothing, phoned them again and was told that they missed the post therefore had to post it the following days, strange,on the morning of my call, what did they do all day that "MISSED THE POST"? Still doesn't explain then what happen to the following whole day?
Received my 1 of 2 order and guess what, they DID charge me for posting. Guess by this time I have given up. Still waiting for the 2 of 2 order. This is the AM90 Car Suction Mount. They were happy to take the order etc, estimated 4 days. Any nothing.Phoned them, this time only to be told they are waiting for stock which should be following week. That week came and went, nothing. Received an email from the Corporation Accounts Manager to say that they are having problems with the supplier etc.... Done some research, and found out that FedEx collected stocks from there supplier on 18th March 2003 and arrived in UK FedEx warehouse on 25th March 2002. I email Expansys Coropration Accounts Manager, explaining my findings and requesting answer why they blame there supplier when actually the stock is in UK and its Expansys not making the collections from FedEx, the manager responded where did I get my information from and how did I know who there supplier are. Anyone can find such informations on a business. This just shows how unprofessional Expansys are.

Hi! never heard of these and i'm sorry about your experience with them.

Your op would be easier to read if you used paragraphs and didn't abbreviate, otherwise people might skip past it.
