Expansys have double charged me for an item ordered a month ago and still have not delivered it even though they reported it as shipped a fortnight ago
I have written to their customer support twice and have not received a reply to either email
I have called them twice and both times the reps said they'd call me back but haven't
They vary between telling me that the item has been shipped/ not shipped but so far refuse to refund my money or give me the name of the courier used and a tracking number
I have had a refund of one of that charges made but only because I wrote to them warning them that I would be reporting a fraud to my credit card supplier if I didn't get my money back ASAP
Steer well clear of this bunch of cowboys

Great Customer Service is all I really need to say, I ordered my HTC Touch Cruise, as I have many other devices in the past from Expansys and it arrived via post the next day. My nightmare started when I bought a smartphone (HTC S710) from Expansys. Two months after purchase, a shard of metal flaked away from one of the keys leaving it sharp. I ordered a Sony battery for a digital camera and it was delivered whilst i was travelling. On my return I placed the battery in the camera but it was faulty and didn't sit properly in the housing. I wrote to Expansys and they told me I could return the item and would send me an RMA form. I duly completed this and was then told as I had this product for more than ten days I was no longer entitled to a refund. I have contacted them several times since them asking where the ten day period comes into play in relation to the Consumer Credit Act definition of a reasonable time but they just refuse to answer me now.

THE WORST WEB EXPERIERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD - Expansys.ie I ordered products back on the 12th of December and they still haven't arrived.
