Ordered something, over a month later, several emails later and still nothing or a repsonse. Phone number does not answer either. Previous poster obviously works for them! paid by PayPal so will be raising a dispute through them. Avoid!!

Shocked to see the reviews on this site. I'm a long time customer of feelConfident and find their service high quality. My emails are answered anytime of the day when I am curious of new products, the staff are polite and helpful. I feel like a loyal customer and would like others to write in about their experiences with feelconfident as I'm sure the 2 already on this site are a rare and unfortunate occurance. I am disgusted by the level of service that feelconfident provided. I ordered a christmas present on 4th dec and was told it would be despatched within one working day. I have written to them 3 times now with no response and cannot get through by phone. So thanks to them my mum had to make do without a present on christmas day. After checking their low prices and their shipping terms, next day, I thought great and made an order. The next day I realised I wanted something else and made another order. 2 weeks later and all I have is the money taken from my bank account and several ignored emails. I have tried to ring them but all I get is an automated message saying they have moved offices. I then decided to do a check on the internet and I have discovered reviews from other people telling the same story.
