I ordered a replacement OEM LCD screen for a Sony Ericsson on 6th December 2008. To date 12th January 2009 still not arrived. Excuse consistently given Christmas post!!

I think not either lost or never posted

Do not recommend very poor on all fronts!!!!

I ordered a cable on the 8th January 2009. 12 days later I'm still waiting, the order status on their website hasn't changed since the 8th January - it still says that the item is being packed. Needless to say the money has been taken from my account. They don't reply to emails and there's no telephone number you can call. Worst service from a mail order company that I've come across to-date.

***Background*** My mum and dad hadn't been too keen on mobile phones. In fact, it's safe to say that if I hadn't insisted on them having one, then they wouldn't have bothered. The trouble is that my dad is a keen bowler and this often takes him away from home in the summer. My mum hadn't been too well this past year at times because of her Glanzmann's Thrombasthenia (check out my separate review on this if you haven't already), so because of this I went out and bought a cheap Tesco Value Sim Card with some credit on it and put it in an old Nokia 3330 phone that I had lying in a drawer doing nothing.
