I recently got a watch from a local fossil shop. the watch was mint condition and a reasonable price. the assistants were always there to help with any questions i had or to help with opinions & such. I went back to the shop to buy some charms for my watch and even though the purchase was of a smaller value the level of help i got was still 110%. I have never had a problem with anything from fossil and would recommend them for anything you need eg watches, jewellry, purses, handbags, wallets, sunglasses etc. their stock is of good quality and staff are friendly. This is a shop i would go into more often if i had a need for the products they sold. i would definately get a birthday or christmas present from fossil as i know that if the person didnt like it then fossil would do their best to exchange or refund for something the person did like.

Summary: fossil watches will not break like cheaper versions
