Fabulous choice and fabulous prices. Gift sets are a particularly good buy. Postage and Packing costs £1.95 for the Standard Service and even including P&P I made a great saving on the Fragrance I purchased. I ordered at 2pm one day and received my order before 2pm the following day and that was with the Standard £1.95 postage so no need to pay for anything more. Despite superb packaging there was a distinct smell of fragrance when I opened the box - upon closer inspection the spray on the bottle was damaged and leaking - I don't think this could possibly have happened in transit. I e-mailed Customer Service and explained. I promptly received an e-mail asking that I return it to them by 1st Class Mail which would be refunded and a replacement would be sent. It cost me £3.10 to return it so that proves that their P&P charge is exceptional. The following day I was advised that a replacement was on its way and the £3.10 was refunded via my payment method. The replacement arrived the following day again and was perfect. So, all in all an excellent experience and the Customer Service is second to none!
