I've been using fragrancedirect.co.uk for over 2 years now and have always been very pleased with their service online and over the phone. They sell all sorts of cosmetics, perfumes and beauty accessories at very reasonable prices and I've never had any problems with receiving my goods from them.

I've ordered discontinued perfumes from Nina Ricci at only 10 pounds or less a bottle and although they didn't come in their nice stylish packaging, the bottles were in perfect condition. It does say on their site what you will receive so this was exactly as described. They'll explain to you if the item comes in its own or a different box, whether there's a lid missing or anything else that might be different from items displayed in store.

I've gotten some awesome bargains from them and have always paid at least 50% less than I would have in shops on the high street. When I've been having little problems online, I simply phoned them and they already had my info to hand and were able to process my order very quickly and effortlessly.

I've always received my items very quickly in the mail and they've always been packaged very well so that there wouldn't be any risk of damage to my items.

They've recently redesigned their website so that it's much easier to look for any items that you might want and I've recently ordered more goodies (Elisabeth Aarden and Anna Sui perfumes) and am fully satisfied with the service and discounts that I've received.

I highly recommend this website and think it's well worth a browse if you're considering getting any kind of perfume or cosmetics as there's a very good chance that they're available form fragrance direct at an excellent bargain price!
