Hello,
I've placed and order on fragrancedirect, they shipped it fast but the post office lost it or something, so it didn't arrived to me. I've sent them 4-5 emails, they told me that until 28 days since order's date they couldn't do anything. I've sent them a new email a few days ago and they're ignoring me completely.... I want the full refund because it's their problem with the post office....

Yeah, all is excellent until you pay. After you've paid, it's a completely different history. If something's good, it is that the prices are low, so you don't loose too much money in the process, but yeah, it's awful to deal with them......
