So you may have an account, you pay what you're supposed to, you even allow them to 'cock up' your account when THEY mess up what accounts you've paid. Then you stupidly try to order. (Especially when they keep pushing a 20.12% discount) only to be told Nah! YOU can't have it. If it was not for the fact of being one of those fortunate few that accounts still have commission, plus the 20% discount mentioned above - I actually thought the order I made was competitive. Or is that why they said no! Obviously it was too competitive! They are expensive compared to the VERY's of this world, and I have, within the last few years been very selective of them. ... I've decided to write this review in two parts, the first for Freemans in general and the second detailing my experience of using the site. That's because I don't want to write a wholly gripey review, fulls of moans and groans, so I'll try to stay objective in the first half, and save my whinging for later.
