I found the service from them to be excellent ....we were kept up to date with the progress of our order by e-mail and telephone and was very satisfied with the products when they arrived. We purchased a number of items from Furnishing Homes, all from the Vancouver Oak Range. We have indeed waited for around 6 weeks for them to be delivered; however, we were kept up to date and were aware of this from the very beginning. We ordered a bookcase on the 17th August 2012 (order no. 7388). The promised delivery date kept being put back until we could eventually wait no longer and asked for a refund. They agreed to this, but then started quoting that they were allowed to hang onto our money for up to 30 days by the distance selling regulations! They can only be contacted by e-mail and have stopped replying to mine! The 30 days are now up and we have not been refunded. I have asked my bank to initiate a Visa Chargeback and am in the process of contacting Trading standards. I note that they are no longer using Trustpilot and that there does not seem to be any way of leaving a review ... Read the complete review

There was a slight mix-up over my order and delivery was delayed for two days, however the general standard of the Furnishing Homes staff is excellent, they sorted out the problem quickly and efficiently. The welcome is always friendly and helpful without being obtrusive, the overall impression is of a firm who really want to make you "feel at home".

Delivery was fast, friendly service and items as described. Only negative was no removal of boxes. After unpacking my items - I asked if boxes be could be removed - and was told "NO - they're not allowed to take packaging away" :( ... otherwise my rating would have been 5 stars.

Purchased online a dining table and 6 brown leather scroll back chairs , delivery very quick and delivery men very efficent , also kept well informed at all stages .Very pleased with table and chairs , excellent quality.Had previously purchased sideboard and again the quality and service was excellent and would recommend and would purchase again . thankyou
