I know that everyone wants something cheaper than the retail price we get on the highstreet, but please AVOID this site. Some of you have been fine, but you may be the lucky ones. This site was on one of the BBC programs. It had alot of complaints and is currently in investigation for selling counterfeits. I'm not sure about the PSPs but the DS are mostly cheap knock offs from China. If you buy from this site. Sometimes you will not get your product. 5 Stars the best, 1 Star the worst: Delivery: **** Price : ***** Design : *** Product : **** Customer Service : *** I have also bought the package from Gadget Asia. DHL which arrive in 4 days. No tax at all. Maybe lucky. I do think even you have to pay 9 pounds as tax, it's still cheaper than anywhere in UK. I have an earphone missing, contact their ticket system and it tooks a little bit long to reply, around 30 hours. Should improve with this. The finally send it back to me by Royal Mail and it arrives in 8 days. Fair or just pass considering it is a after sales service. Overall, I think they did take ... Read the complete review

I ordered a Nintendo DS Lite and 43 game card bundle from Gadget Asia a couple of months back. They are flagged as a partner on Amazon.co.uk. The price was very good and I could not believe it when just a few days later the console arrived. Superb service. However, things went downhill from there. The game card was corrupted and none of the games worked. I had to send the card back to HK and Gadget Asia have just confirmed that the card is faulty and asked me to pay another £5 to have the card re-programmed. They are saying it was my fault for putting the card next to an electronic item. I have just written a note expressing my disgust at how they can even ask me ... Read the complete review

When I first saw Gadget Asia I must admit to being a little suspicious as I have seen other similar sites which have been fakes. I did some research and found a few forums with people saying they had received their purchases without any problems so I thought I would give it a try. I wanted a Nintendo DS Lite in red and black. I saw them in the UK for £119 but nowhere seemed to have them in stock. I found one on Gadget Asia for £145 with a bundle of 20 games. It also came with a UK charger and a free padded case for the console. I know a few people have complained about the games all coming on one cartridge. However, for an extra £40 (or £25 from the limited ... Read the complete review
