I ordered a Holga camera from gadgethub.co.uk. I recieved the order confirmation email and waited. The website states that they will email you within 5 days to let you know whether your goods have been despatched or whether they are out of stock. After 7 days I recieved no email and no goods. I emailed the only email address listed on the website (sales@ibgtrading.com) twice requesting an update on the order status but recieved no reply after 24hours. I then telephoned the national rate helpline number to be greeted by an answering machine asking me to email a different address (help@gadgethub.co.uk) which apparently is the 'main customer service channel'. My experience with the gadget hub was not what i would say the best one :( I ordered a pool table for my yougest son for xmas this year a few weeks ago which arrived the next day! cool!... I then opened the box to discover that is was all made of poor quality mdf and the whole frame was broken at the bottom :( I called them up and told them the problem and they said that they would send someone to pick it up in 2 days time and i would have a refund.
