Quicker to walk to the shops (Gameplay.com)

Disadvantages: Slow delivery, bad customer service

After purchasing a game from this company before I thought I would get great customer service and speed of delivery, but when I went back to order Theme Park World for the PC 2 months ago, I never realised what I was in for.

The initial ordering went okay, my money was taken out of my account and I was told the item was in stock and would be delivered within 7 working days, so I waited for the seventh day and no game, I gave them till the 10th day after the order incase it was the state of the Post Office and Train problems which were delaying it, before calling Gameplay.com

I was told a representative would call me back at a certain time, and guess what! no call, so I wrote an email and to this date I'm still awaiting a response to it.

My final course of action was to call Open.... TV up who have gameplay.com on there service and demand to speak to one of there Gameplay.com representatives, finaly 2 months after I initialy ordered the product I recieved it.

Definatly the last time I will ever use Gameplay.com for games and will next time just walk down to the local Electronics Boutiques shop and purchase it from there!
