Received the syrups and gave them as a gift for Christmas. When they were opened, 3 of them were mouldy and the other 3 stunk really bad! I contacted garraways, but since the "paypal" time limit expired, they had no problem providing VERY rude customer service. The service rep (Erika) refused to give a refund, refused to send replacements, and didn't even bother to offer me ANY incentive to stay with their company (voucher, apologies, nothing!). Then, she basically accused me of lying about my situation.This is very surprising, most business (especially in this economy) try to keep customers. Clearly this one cared more that my paypal time to open a dispute had expired than they did about my custom or situation.I do NOT recommend doing business with them. EVER. Go somewhere else. I'm sure other companies care far more about customer service than this one does.
