... assumed that only one case was included for the price but instead I had received the hard one and also a padded soft one. The quality of both cases seemed quite good and I was really pleased at first with the whole purchase. Although I'm by no means a cellist, I have dabbled with the violin in the past and so had a good idea how to care for and prepare the instrument. I left the cello for a few days to let it settle in a bit more before I decided to try to tune it. On attempting to tune it I noticed that it didn't rea...more

I love music almost more than life itself and started piano lessons at the tender age of 6. Since then I went on to take up guitar, trumpet, flute, clarinet and drums and decided that I wanted to take up a new instrument. I've always loved the cello but thought that to buy a cello would be totally out of my price range but was hunting around out of interest and stumbled across Gear4Music. The prices were excellent. The website seemed well laid-out, professional and easy to navigate. I gave them a little Google to see what I could come up with and there wasn't many people who had bought cellos off them but I found one reviewer who admitted that the cello he had ...  Read the complete review

Gear4Music is an online music shop that has good prices and sells many different instruments from various brands. It also sells musical accesories, cases, studio and live equipment and DJ gear. My younger sister directed me to gear4music as she has used them without any problems. So I ordered a keyboard for her, but now she has decided not to take lessons so I asked for a return to be arrnaged. I spoke to someone by email and had a collection arranged for Wednesday 29th September and took the day off work for it. No one turned up and nobody contacted me. The next morning I called their 'pleasasnt' customer serive reps. The person I emailed was on leave and so I spoke to someone else. They arranged for a collection later that day...guess what...they never showed up and again no explanation. They said it was something to do with them not being able to ...  Read the complete review

For many years I've been wanting a drum kit but when i was younger my parents always used to say they we're too big, too expensive and too loud. But I didn't give up hope (listning to a dramatic soundtrack while writing here), amongst all the problems that I faced I kept searching for a good quality, cheap drum kit, and eventually I found it, at Gears4Music.com :) I found the site quite easy to navigate and there are good pictures of all of the drumkits while you are searching through them which makes it very easy to see the ones you want. Apart from drum kits they also do things such as guitars and synths and even down to things like ...  Read the complete review
