I've been ordering from Grooves-Inc. since 2011 and had never had a bad experience with the company until now. I placed an order of 6 items on February 23, 2015. On that same day, I received two e-mails stating that 4 of the 6 items which I had ordered were dispatched. On February 24, 2015, I received another e-mail stating that the remaining 2 of the 6 items which I had ordered had been dispatched. Flash forward to three weeks later, I finally received both shipments which had been shipped on February 23, 2015. This is, by far, the longest that I've had to wait for a shipment from Grooves. As I type this, it is April 9, 2015. I still have not received the remaining 2 items (which Grooves claims to have dispatched on February 24, 2015).
My first contact with Grooves about the issue was on March 30, 2015 via e-mail. I have not received a response. I sent another e-mail on April 4, 2015. Again, I have not received a response. After browsing online through feedback, I am discovering that this lack of customer service is not unusual. Apparently, I am not the only one having an issue with not only not receiving my items (which were charged to my credit card) but also not receiving any response after e-mailing the company. Unfortunately, this is bad news for Grooves Inc. because I am NEVER ordering from the company ever again. I encourage others to avoid this company as well.

I ordered a cd as a gift for a friend. I have been waiting almost one month for my item ( just short of 5 days off a month) and still haven't received it. I have been in touch with grooves Inc but they haven't been helpful. Still waiting for them to give me some kind of explanation about what happened to my order, what they plan to do about it or will I get my money back for an item I haven received. It has caused me great stress and inconvenience as I have had to buy another gift elsewhere as I don't know what happen or is happening with this one and will it come in time for my friend birthday.
Purchased from Grooves several times (DVD's and Music), items have always been received promptly and in perfect condition. Woud recommend.

The item I received was different to the item I purchased and I can not use it. I sent 2 separate emails to grooves and gave time for them to respond before providing a negative review. I'm giving 2 stars becausethe processing and shipping times were good. It's just a shame I wasn't sent what I paid for.
Ordered No Wow by the Kills, which is usually slightly expensive since it's out of print, but found it for a good price and they shipped it to me right away! Was at my door two weeks later. Probably gonna order from them again sometime!

Grooves had a very wide selection of music at reasonable prices that Amazon was not able to match. Shipping times, while not matching the speed of other providers was reasonable and totally acceptable. If they had the product I wanted I would have no hesitation in using them again.
I made a purchase on January 14, 2014 for Lilly Wood Pray in C (CD) and have not received it. For this order, I've received two emails with two different order numbers (536333 and 2899922).
I've tried contacting Customer support via phone and via email, and it's been unsuccessful. Have left countless messages stating my name, order number, and that I have not received my CD.
Am quite disappointed at this point and would like a refund.
