Having purchased from Grooves in the past, I had no hesitation in placing another order for two Blu-rays. The items were once again well-packed and arrived within a couple of weeks to the USA. If Grooves has it in their somewhat-limited stock, I have found their prices with shipping to be generally the lowest, plus their Customer Service is first-rate. Overall, an excellent and reliable source for videos!
I ORDERED A CD FROM THEM A FEW MONTHS BACK.I RECEIVED IT AFTER THREE WEEKS WITH THE CD CASE CRACKED.I INFORMED THEM ABOUT IT THE SAME DAY.THEY RESPONDED THE NEXT DAY TELLING ME THAT THEY COULD REPLACE IT IF I COULD RETURN IT.THEY PROMISED TO PAY THE RETURN POSTAGE COST AS WELL.A FEW DAYS LATER I POSTED IT BACK AND SENT THEM A MESSAGE INFORMING THAT I HAD POSTED IT BACK AND DID LET THEM KNOW THE RETURN POSTAGE COST THAT I HAD TO PAY.THE SAME DAY I RECEIVED AN EMAIL INFORMING ME THAT THEY HAD POSTED A REPLACEMENT.I RECEIVED IT AFTER TWO WEEKS IN PERFECT CONDITION.THEY PAID THE RETURN POSTAGE COST AFTER RECEIVING THE CD WHICH I RETURNED.

The prices are great however, the pace that they delivered is ridiculously slow. If your in a hurry pay the higher price at CDOnline, at least they deliver on time.
I've been ordering from Grooves-Inc. since 2011 and had never had a bad experience with the company until now. I placed an order of 6 items on February 23, 2015. On that same day, I received two e-mails stating that 4 of the 6 items which I had ordered were dispatched. On February 24, 2015, I received another e-mail stating that the remaining 2 of the 6 items which I had ordered had been dispatched. Flash forward to three weeks later, I finally received both shipments which had been shipped on February 23, 2015. This is, by far, the longest that I've had to wait for a shipment from Grooves. As I type this, it is April 9, 2015. I still have not received the remaining 2 items (which Grooves claims to have dispatched on February 24, 2015).
My first contact with Grooves about the issue was on March 30, 2015 via e-mail. I have not received a response. I sent another e-mail on April 4, 2015. Again, I have not received a response. After browsing online through feedback, I am discovering that this lack of customer service is not unusual. Apparently, I am not the only one having an issue with not only not receiving my items (which were charged to my credit card) but also not receiving any response after e-mailing the company. Unfortunately, this is bad news for Grooves Inc. because I am NEVER ordering from the company ever again. I encourage others to avoid this company as well.

I ordered a cd as a gift for a friend. I have been waiting almost one month for my item ( just short of 5 days off a month) and still haven't received it. I have been in touch with grooves Inc but they haven't been helpful. Still waiting for them to give me some kind of explanation about what happened to my order, what they plan to do about it or will I get my money back for an item I haven received. It has caused me great stress and inconvenience as I have had to buy another gift elsewhere as I don't know what happen or is happening with this one and will it come in time for my friend birthday.
