... of the product. We've been fobbed off with cliches and soundbites and now that the product still isn't here our phone calls are not being answered and e-mails not responded to. The fact that there wasn't an e-mail confirmation sent set the alarm bells ringing and our initial fears are now being turned into reality. I have paid £18 at a hairdresser now to get my hair washed and dried and as one of my first forays in the world of online purchasing have been left bitterly disappointed with Hairtec. Having searched for some time for the ideal hairdryer to replace my previous one I plumped for Hairtec and am now wishing I hadn't. The website said 2-3 days for delivery, which was good as I specifically needed it ahead of a job interview 5 days later. Unfortunately it's a week later and there's still no sign of the product.
