I have ordered many records from Hard To Find in the past and some records arrive less than 48 hours after ordering which is brilliant, their website is one of the best on the internet. It's great to be able to listen to tracks before you buy and the selection is amazing with literally hundreds of new records added daily.... The selection of DJ equipment is also impressive with everything from spares to whole DJ set ups. It's all brilliant.... BUT.... it's all sadly let down by the shambolic customer service. If you want something this Millenium, don't bother ... I ordered a T-shirt for a mate's birthday present mid-February - everything appeared to go smoothly and the item was not marked as out of stock. TWO WEEKS later, I received an email to say that it was out of stock. I repled and asked when the item was likely to be in stock and was told that new stock was on order and it would arrive in less than a week. Well as it says in the title,It has alot of great information and products for sale, ranging from cool DJ accessories to DJ packages and all the stuff is great value for money. However I recently browsed on their sight and came across some cheap slip mats for my decks which I just had to have. So off I went round to me grandparents house and roped my grandad into ordering the slip mats for me.
