Advantages: fast, quick, convenient, friendly, easy

Disadvantages: delivery charge for items less than £50

I ordered a CISCO1721-VPN/K9 from hardware.com, whom I found through dooyoo. Received confirmation that day from the account manager dealing with my order which i think was a good touch. He was very friendly and helpful (thanks Jason!) The day after I was contacted to say the router had been dispatched and I received my order on time. From start to finish there were no problems and I would most certainly recommend and use hardware.com again.

Summary: if you want to buy your hardware from friendly helpful folk try the people at hardware.com
