I Have had nothing but bother with this company, numerous emails sent back and forth, with responses from myprotein looking like my emails were never even read.
Voucher Codes did not work, they sent me 3 i total, none of them worked. I think they just expect you to give up as it is just a measly 5% discount, but for me it ... became about principal.
If you go through the online helpdesk, there are a series of questions, to 'help' you with your querie, on 3 occasions i went through these questions with the same outcome everytime, they told me to download a voucher querie form from the downloads section - in the downloads section this form did not exist, which i pointed out to them 3 tims!
This was going to be my 1st order with myprotein, but i didnt go through with it, after thier, inability to provide any kind of customer service. In my last email to them after recieving 3 discount codes that did not work, there was not even the slightest scent of an apology. C'mon myprotein thats customer service 101 - wether the customer is right or wrong - you ALWAYS apologise.
I have wasted an entire week of my time trying to order from this site and awaiting responses.
Shocking - Im off to watchdog.
I have also just realised that the reviews site they advertise on thier page only allows people with an order number who have ordered before to review thier services. Which means i cant write a review there, because i didnt even get as fas as placing an order after a week back and forth with them. The reviews the use on the site i would imagine are satisfied customers. I am not. Read the complete review |

I came across Pharmacy2U about a year ago and have continued to use it. I wasn't sure about using it at first as a) i'd never heard of it and b) you dont know if the products you are getting are genuine!
I was very happy with my first purchase, it was well packed and arrived very quickly and even gave me a voucher for free ... delivery off my next order!
I chose to use Pharmacy2U as it has competitive prices and they were found to be cheaper and offered better products. It is also a lot cheaper than buying stuff from Boots or the supermarket. I also buy my pet products from there too as they sell flea and worming tablets at a good price! However, recently ChemistDirect have been a lot cheaper for flea/worming tablets. What I needed on Pharmacy2U cost £31.15 whereas on Chemist Direct is was £24.01! So quite a difference.
The website is easy to use, either select from the drop down menu or put what you want into the search bar. You can often find free delivery codes if you search for them on google too!
I would recommend them but also advise people to look on other pharmacy websites such as Chemist Direct as they may infact be cheaper! Read the complete review |

Terrible, Terrible Customer Service. Avoid.
They say what makes the difference is not how companies react when everything is OK, but how well they treat you when things go wrong. I do wonder how many people on here saying "good customer service" have ever had the trial of simply trying to get through to the customer ... service team who subsequently don't do anything they say they will?
Friday the 10th of June 2011: I placed a bulk order for various supplements. I knew I wouldn't be in during the week to receive it so I paid £12 extra for Saturday delivery before 12 noon.
Saturday the 11th June 2011: Dutifully wasted my Saturday morning waiting in and no delivery received. Emailed MyProtein.
Sunday the 12th June 2011: Received an automated delivery email from My Protein at 11am saying my order was dispatched on the 10th, due for delivery on the 17th (!!! - Not a Saturday) and including a tracking number that did not work.
Monday the 13th June 2011: Called MyProtein - took nearly 20mins to answer the phone. Person on the phone told me my order had never left their warehouse. Said they would ensure delivery on the 14th and confirm with me. Called in the afternoon as no return call received - the person had gone home but was assured that if they said the order was on next day delivery it would be. Was also told my tracking number would start working after 19.00.... Guess what: It didn't start working at all.
Tuesday the 14th June 2011: Called in a favour and arranged to stay in from work but tracking number still not working so called MyProtein - another interminable wait on the line (and, as it happens, the same people answer the phone no matter what option you select... so why are the options there in the first place???)
Finally got through to the same person who told me my order had NOT BEEN DISPATCHED AGAIN - no reason was given, all my items were in stock, they simply hadn't bothered to sort it out in time for the delivery to go. No one bothered to let me know... nice. So, even after missing a 'guaranteed dispatch' if you order early in the day, despite the customer paying a premium for delivery, having to complain and you promising to send it next day, you still don't actually ensure the order is fulfilled as promised?
I now wanted to cancel the order. They told me now that the only way to get a refund was to let the courier pick up the parcel from them and then have it returned - even though my order had not yet left their warehouse!
Was also told that it would take up to 14 days to issue a refund for items they have never posted - despite them failing to send the parcel on multiple attempts.
Now lacking in trust I asked them to confirm via email that they intended to refund my payment - was told the email would be sent straight away... nothing received. Incredible.
Called again and enquired as to the email - the woman on the phone promised the order would be received Wednesday. Decided to give it one final try.
Wednesday 15th June 2011: Order not received due to 'the courier soiling it' - this may or may not have happened but I decided I would never use MyProtein again. Asked for refund. Informed it could take two weeks but that they would try and hurry it along.
Monday the 27th of June 2011: No refund in sight. Called and was informed order not processed as they had no received the items back from the courier - how is that my fault? They were NEVER DELIVERED.
I will never use MyProtein again - there are too many alternatives to put up with poor service. Read the complete review |
