Purchased a Sanyo Television set from Hienergy shop. Delivery was prompt, and I was talked through all stages of the purchase by the knowledgeable staff. Unfortunately, the television was faulty (it happens), and I contacted Hienergy shop. They sent out an engineer, who confimed that the unit was faulty. I expected to have a huge problem on my hands now, being that I live at the other end of the country, but far from it. An identical replacement was dispatched immediately, and arrived spot on the stated time.
