Advantages: Some bargains to be found in the Outlet Store. Good range.
Disadvantages: P&P can add up

I have used HQ Hair regularly for the past couple of years, mainly when buying presents for other people and I have always been happy with the service that I have received. The items ordered have been delivered promptly and were well packaged - usually in a sturdy jiffy bag or a cardboard box with plenty of bubble wrap type packing materials. Quite often when you order, they send you a promotional code to use for the next time you shop, which is usually free delivery when you spend a set amount.
Being on a budget, my favourite part of HQ Hair is the Outlet Store. This is where they sell end of line products or items which have had a packaging change and they want to get rid of the old stock, so are selling it at a discount price. Some of the items are a bit hit or miss, but I have managed to pick up cheap perfume, Bed Head gift sets and a gift set from Bliss which will make a lovely present.
I receive regular emails from the website which inspire you to buy and they often include promotional codes for money off certain products, free samples when you buy selected items and occasionally free gifts too.
HQ Hair accepts all major credit cards (including American Express) and their delivery charges are £2.50 for your first item and then 55p for each additional item.
Summary: Well worth a look!
