What a fantastic service I recieved. To call myself a busy mum would be an understatement with 3 kids under 6 shopping is my personal hell. I would like to say what a brilliant friendly and personal service Iceland provide. No delivery charges on orders over £40 which is an automatic thumbs up. I would like to mention how helpful this company is, after I had submited my order I recieved a phone call off a very friendly staff member who told me on the phone that some of my order was not in stock and asked me if I had any preferences to an alternative rather than just going ahead and choosing an alternative for me. The person also mentioned that one of my items only had 10 days shelf life left and asked me if I would prefer something else. Delivery was on time and all ordered items were present and correct. What a brilliant service I just hope that they keep up the good work!
