Iceland (www.iceland.co.uk) Iceland is a great shop with some very low prices. Now you can shop online and with a wide range of food products to choose from, it makes life much easier. Their web site its self is easy to use and it's not hard to find what you are looking for. I have never had any problems with Iceland and as far as the ...

No complaints with the food aspect of the store but I found them wholly uninterested when I needed a replacement part for my freezer ( still within the one year g'tee period). They referred me to the manufacturer despite the fact that, legally, the retailer is responsible. After, referring me thus they would not respond to further enquiries. So, good deals on food, but don't expect good customer care.

I was a really big fan of Iceland until they stopped doing home delivery on the Internet. Im not sure if this was a nationwide thing or whether it was just the Swansea stores. Anyway as far as a store goes, excellent choice, excellent value and they still have the Home delivery option if you cant carry your bags home with you. Thumbs up!

Living in a rural area, I have come to realise that not many of the supermarkets actually offer a home delivery service for my groceries, but out of the two that do, Iceland is easily the best and most competitive service. I shall do my best to explain why. Our local Iceland is in the heart of our nearest town, and I do not use it as ...

Imagine...hoards of shoppers, pushing and shoving between the isles, screaming kids running around your trolly and to top it all off you have to join the only queue open which is a mile long just to pay for a few items. Well imagine no more! Iceland home shopping has the answer. I am so pleased with their service and it has certainly made ...

Sticky toffee pudding Mother Hubbard? (1462 words)

It's not been a good week. My car is on the fritz and I couldn't get to the supermarket. The cupboards were bare - nothing left, not even the tins of goose liver pate and game soup that came in the Christmas hamper and no one fancied. Zilch. Nada. Nowt. Old Mother Hubbard syndrome. Time for drastic action. And what do I do in ...

I had never tried online shopping before. Apart from the occasional purchase on Blackstar, and the odd bid on eBay, I had been very wary of handing out my credit/debit card details out on the internet. I had heard such scary stories and, being such a technophobe, I thought that the conventional way of shopping was for me. So it was with ...

On the opinion of kes33 I decided to check out the online shopping at Iceland. It just goes to show how the experience of others is good guidance. The site is and does all that kes33 says. Site report I would confirm all comments made: it's easy to navigate, you have plenty of opportunities to change goods, go back to ...

I have never really thought about buying my daily shopping from Iceland. First, it?s not a thing I thought I do and because I do shop at Sainsbury?s so I would much rather pop down as opposed to order from a website. It was a flashing banner that attracted me to the site and my curiosity got the better of me as I thought I ...

Shopping online at Iceland is a convenient way to do your shopping, though some may call it lazy! I first went to look at the website to check that they deliver in my area, as there is an Iceland in my town, I was confident that they would; to check all you must do is type in your postcode and they will then tell you if you can use the website to ...

I have been shopping online with Iceland for several months and I have been very pleased with the service from my local store, who picked and delivered my grocery. However, a few weeks ago Iceland decided they could provide a fuller range of products by providing the same service via the areas main depot. This means that any shopping I want is ...

From time to time friend recommend things to me and like most people it sows a seed of temptation in my mind. Iceland.co.uk deliver for free. Think about that for one minute. I have an Iceland store about 10 minutes walk away, last year when I descovered on-line shopping I thought I would try Iceland. In the past I have always walked down to Iceland and had the home delivery, to be applicable for home delivery you have to spend £25.00 which we should all agree is quite easy when you have a growing family.
