They only deliver on Tuesday and Wednesday in my area, but the Wednesday load was full so they would ... more  ... deliver it the following Tuesday. Over a week without a machine, I told then what I thought of that idea, cancelled it and went to Apollo 2000 on Wednesday and got one delivered on the Thursday - excellent . I ordered and paid for a washing machine from Index.co.uk on Wednesday 17 November, got an email from them saying delivery was on Tuesday 23 November (no confirming phone call that they said we would get).
