Have had Annual policy with Insure&Go for 2 year I did look at other insurance companies but was pleased with the service I had and stuck with them. I like the idea of the little card I got with my policy, it has my policy number on it as well as the telephone numbers for the claims, 24 hr medical number and customer services very handy just stuck in my purse.....know where it is when I need it! I did have to make a claim and they did take ages to pay but they did sent me letter keeping me informed of progress. At last I have found somewhere that I can voice my opinions, based on personal experience, of my Travel Insurance Cover (or lack of it).
