I have used Interdvd on a number of occassions for pre-ordering Region 1 films. I've been dealing with InterDVD quite a while. They used to be a good service offering R1(&R2) DVDs (at slightly higher prices but with fast (oftentimes next day) delivery times). But then things started to go wrong... The first problem was when they updated their website and suddenly my Barclays connect card couldn't be processed by their web-based ordering system. Numerous emails ensued often trailing away due to an indifferent customer service and eventually this problem was resolved, some weeks later.
