Interflicks is basically an online video/dvd rental shop. The site is professionally done, and easy to use. The general idea is this: You pick out what you want, pay by credit/debit card, and then they send you the dvd/video in the post. You get the film for a week, and then send it back using the freepost sticker they provide. It costs £3.50 a week to rent from them, which may sound reasonable, but there are cheaper alternatives online. Also, when you return the video/dvd to them, it is not by recorded delivery, so you could have problems there. The site has a forum, which seems rather quiet.
