I recently sent flowers to Mrs Catherine Baker at 35 Old Bell Close, Stansted, Essex (early March). She reported that they flowers were 'droopy' and were left on her doorstep even though she was at home. I am not pleased and will hesitate to use Interflora in the future.
I was also unhappy about the timing of your delivery. which I ordered on Friday 7th (Australian time) and the flowers were not delivered before the following Tuesday. Not impressed. Lili Baker

We ordered flowers for our friends who had just lost their Grandson. We gave the address to which they should have been sent. To our disgust they were sent to the wrong address. Our friend received a phone call and had to go and pick up the flowers from the wrong address which was quite a distance away. They were already very upset about their Grandson 's death without any more hassle. This is not what we expected from a Company like Interflora and we will definitely not use them again.
( In order to send the review I had to give a star rating. I give 1 star to send it when I should have given minus 5 stars!)

I have only used Interflora on one occasion, and interestingly enough, it was to send flowers to the boyfriend of a female friend of mine. It was for the guy's birthday. I would not normally send flowers to guys, but anyway, my friend does. The fact that they split up since then I do not think it is linked to this occurrence. I found ordering with Interflora easy and apparently the guy found the flowers great. At 50 plus pounds for a large bunch of roses with a vase, I would have been surprised he had not. When I called them to order, I was guaranteed delivery before 9 am on the day I wanted them, because I had booked few days in advance. ...
