I ordered a bouquet on the Interflora website on Wednesday and specified that I wanted the flowers delivered on Friday using their delivery date calendar. I was completely unaware that the delivery date I selected meant absolutely nothing.

The flowers weren't delivered on Friday and nor were they delivered on Saturday as went in the wrong van. Hopefully they'll get there today (Monday).

When I complained to Interflora I was told that I should have read the terms and conditions that state the delivery 'may take place within 48 hours of your preferred delivery date'. This info should be made clearer when you place the order.The wesbite is misleading and the customer service I receieved was awful. I was told twice that a manager would call me back and each time I received no call.

I recently sent flowers to Mrs Catherine Baker at 35 Old Bell Close, Stansted, Essex (early March). She reported that they flowers were 'droopy' and were left on her doorstep even though she was at home. I am not pleased and will hesitate to use Interflora in the future.
I was also unhappy about the timing of your delivery. which I ordered on Friday 7th (Australian time) and the flowers were not delivered before the following Tuesday. Not impressed. Lili Baker

We ordered flowers for our friends who had just lost their Grandson. We gave the address to which they should have been sent. To our disgust they were sent to the wrong address. Our friend received a phone call and had to go and pick up the flowers from the wrong address which was quite a distance away. They were already very upset about their Grandson 's death without any more hassle. This is not what we expected from a Company like Interflora and we will definitely not use them again.
( In order to send the review I had to give a star rating. I give 1 star to send it when I should have given minus 5 stars!)
