I needed to send some flowers to a loved one so I thought I'd try out online flower delivery... Interflora's reputation led me to their site and I ordered, asking to have a bouquet of flowers delivered to say congratulations to a family member. Interflora's site was great, very simple to use, with great delivery options and the bouquet arrived on time and looked fantastic! Will definitely use Interflora again. The bouquet I ordered was actually from their Mother's Day flowers range but I thought it suited a congratulations occasion perfectly. My Aunt was very happy with the bouquet. I ordered a bouquet on the Interflora website on Wednesday and specified that I wanted the flowers delivered on Friday using their delivery date calendar. I was completely unaware that the delivery date I selected meant absolutely nothing. The flowers weren't delivered on Friday and nor were they delivered on Saturday as went in the wrong van. Hopefully they'll get there today (Monday).When I complained to Interflora I was told that I should have read the terms and conditions that state the delivery 'may take place within 48 hours of your preferred delivery date'. This info should be made clearer when you place the order.The wesbite is misleading and the customer service I receieved was awful. I was told twice that a manager would call me back and each time I received no call. Don't ever use Interflora!!
