I ordered an integrated refigerator on 11/11/00 from intersaver and received confirmation of the order by email, with promise of a delivery date between 6 - 9 days. My credit card was debited on 13/11/00, but I received no further communication from intersaver.
After many calls, I finally received a further email on 4/12/00, stating that the item had been out of stock, but that a new delivery date had been arranged within 6 - 9 days. Again I received no further communications from intersaver, meaning that I had to phone them again. I was finally told that they didn't really know what was happening, and that I probably wouldn't receive the fridge before christmas. I immediately cancelled the order but was told that it would take about 7 days for the money to be credited to my credit card.
They may have good deals, but their customer service is very poor. I am out of pocket, and still have no fridge
