A quick google search showed that the cheapest available were all from abroad. I decided to go with Jack of all Games despite the higher cost as it was UK based I wouldn't have to worry about extortionate shipping and customs fees. UPDATE: I received a follow-up call from Jack of all Games today (19-10-09). They apologised that I didn't receive a response and claimed that they sent me one a while back. They also stated the problem was with Royal Mail and not them. Anyway, they have refunded me the postage costs and apologised for the experience. So, whilst the following still happened, they have strived to rectify the problem, and thus I revise my overall opinion of the company to four stars if not the experience of this transaction.
