Newest Review: ... my partner who placed the order for a Britax car seat, we chose Kiddicare as the car seat is £99.97 which is the cheapest we found it, rrp is £149.99. So no problem finding the seat and putting the order through however my partner made an error as he was ordering with my credit card and at the time I had not switched my cardholder address over so my partner keyed in the wrong one forgetting that I hadn't yet changed it, so on the confirmation screen it said there was a problem and they would contact us. They however did not contact us so I contacted them concerned over what had happened as I didn't want to re-order unless I was charged t... more

Premium Review kiddicare.com: Excellent Service (400 words)

Have used Kiddicare 3 times now and would use them again. *Website* Kiddcare.com, I do find their website a bit busy, there is lots going on, mostly adverts for deals which is great because it helps you spot them but I do sometimes think it's a bit much, However it is easy to search for what you need with toolbars to the left and a search button on the right by product name or number or brand name. *My experience in ordering* The first time it was my partner who placed the order for a Britax car seat, we chose Kiddicare as the car seat is £99.97 which is the cheapest we found it, rrp is £149.99. So no problem finding the seat ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review The most appalling customer service......they owe me over £4 ... (352 words)

In case you only read the first few lines my strongest of advice is DO NOT BUY FROM KIDDICARE.COM. I feel I must write this to give a necessary warning about them and their appalling customer service. I've never experienced customer service that is this bad. They sent me a faulty Quinny Buzz 3, where the foam/cushioning part of the seating was dented and sticking out, rather than sitting flush. This would have been totally unsuitable for a baby. They are now dragging their feet about sorting out the refund, despite my statutory rights. One of the most important things you should bare in mind is they actively avoid contact by phone. They have actually put into writing in ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review kiddicare.com: Kiddicare cares for your wallet as well as your little ones! (406 words)

After deciding I really liked the looks of a Dutch made pushchair (see 'Mutsy 4-Rider' review) I'd seen in a catalogue, I then had the struggle to find shops/websites that actually stocked it. This is when I came across kiddicare.com. As well as stocking hard to find items/brands, I found they stock pretty much everything you could possibly need for your little ones. From the small basics such as dummies, bibs & teethers, to nursery furniture, pushchairs...and everything in between! The site is well laid out, with 3 search options - brand search, product search & quick search. This makes the site very user friendly (even for mums-to-be ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Move over Mothercare! (1625 words)

When I was pregnant with my now three month old, (three months already, how is that even possible?!), my husband and I went on a mission to find all the stuff we'd need for our little one. The choice was overwhelming. After mooching around Mothercare we had a vague idea of what we wanted so we set about the task of researching on t'internet, to try and find the best deals. I had a look on my trusted cash back website and came across Kiddicare. I have to admit I'd never heard of it (although now I keep seeing it advertised as sponsoring Katie and Peter!) but I thought I'd check it out. After a successful experience I am back again to check out their range of ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review kiddicare.com: Great for buying baby items and baby furniture. (1133 words)

Kiddicare is a great internet site that you can buy lot of baby items for example: cots, buggies, baby clothes, dunmmies, car seats and lots more. So as you can see there is a big variety. I find the site is very easy to navigate around at the top of the screen there is a search bar where you can type in the product name you are looking for then search for this makes it easier for you to find it. I find the prices on the site are very reasonable there are some more expensive items but you get that on all sites. I find that there is nearly always a sale on sometimes there's up to 80% cent off of the item, under the sale items there is an rrp price underneath so you can see ...  Read the complete review
