Advantages: Quick delivery, easy to use website

Disadvantages: Ive not had any so far

Have used Kiddicare 3 times now and would use them again.

*Website*

Kiddcare.com, I do find their website a bit busy, there is lots going on, mostly adverts for deals which is great because it helps you spot them but I do sometimes think it's a bit much, However it is easy to search for what you need with toolbars to the left and a search button on the right by product name or number or brand name.

*My experience in ordering*

The first time it was my partner who placed the order for a Britax car seat, we chose Kiddicare as the car seat is £99.97 which is the cheapest we found it, rrp is £149.99. So no problem finding the seat and putting the order through however my partner made an error as he was ordering with my credit card and at the time I had not switched my cardholder address over so my partner keyed in the wrong one forgetting that I hadn't yet changed it, so on the confirmation screen it said there was a problem and they would contact us.

They however did not contact us so I contacted them concerned over what had happened as I didn't want to re-order unless I was charged twice. The girl on the phone did apologise and said the order had been cancelled and I should re-order. - Problem sorted and it was of course our error to begin with!

The other 2 times I've ordered I've had no problems at all.

*Delivery*

I am very impressed with their delivery service, if you order before 5pm then you will receive your orders the next working day, and if you give them your mobile number they even send you a text to say what day it will arrive and if you wish to text back and change the day then you can.
Also just to point out that they don't use royal mail so state on their website that delivery will not be affected with the current strikes that are in place.

Overall my experiences with Kiddicare using the website, speaking to customer services, and delivery are brilliant and i would recommend to anyone to use them. I will always be checking their prices in future as they seem to often have the cheapest.

Summary: Great site will use again
