Have used Kiddicare 3 times now and would use them again. *Website* Kiddcare.com, I do find their website a bit busy, there is lots going on, mostly adverts for deals which is great because it helps you spot them but I do sometimes think it's a bit much, However it is easy to search for what you need with toolbars to the ... In case you only read the first few lines my strongest of advice is DO NOT BUY FROM KIDDICARE.COM. I feel I must write this to give a necessary warning about them and their appalling customer service. I've never experienced customer service that is this bad. They sent me a faulty Quinny Buzz 3, where the foam/cushioning part of the seating was ... Read the complete review

While pregnant, I spent a lot of time trying to find the best prices for all the many things we needed for a new baby. I first discovered Kiddicare.com when I was searching for a travel system to purchase for my son. Kiddicare.com I've always said you get what you pay for. Usually I'm right on this and have often found that paying a little more gets you a better quality product. Not always - it has to be said that as far as crunchy nut cornflakes are concerned, the non-branded, cheaper boxes are often as good, if not better, than their flash kellogs ... I would be wary of using this company. I tried to order a Mountain Buggy, they charged my credit card (which you are only meant to do when you despatch goods) and then a couple of days later they cancelled the order.
