I never thought the day would come where I'd be looking for the best place to find a new sink for my kitchen.

I have looked in all of the major DIY stores, online and in the real world, but just couldn't find what I was looking for.

I live in a tiny little box of a flat and therefore have a very small kitchen, and I mean VERY small. The time has come to get rid of the badly planned double drainer and sink and buy a single round sink with no drainer. Sound easy? Well you try it.

I have no idea what possessed me, well I do. It was a particularly dull day at work and I decided to go an internet hunt for a kitchen sink (and taps) and I came across Kitchen-Sinks.co.uk.

Not only do they sell sinks, but they have a full online catalogue of sinks by 15 different manafacturers. This was stainless steel heaven! They have designer sinks, standard sinks, butlers sinks, round sinks, corner sinks (which I didn't even know existed!)and they come in stainless steel, granite, ceramic, enameled, neostone(whatever that may be). And taps - my God taps like you've never seen.

Each supplier is listed individually. Once you click on their logo it takes inside and lists in section the types of sinks they do. They are all broken down. If they make taps to go with the sink then they have a tap section too.

You will also find waste disposals and kitchen bins here too.

All items have photos, measurements, some with technical drawings, and prices that include VAT. They have sinks from £35.00 to £500.00, if you wish to spend that much! I found exactly what I was looking for and the ordering process was dead simple. I now await the arrival of my new round sink!

I have since called Kitchen-Sinks.co.uk on the telephone number provided on their web site. The custom
er service level provided by this company is superb. I mentioned my name, as I lost my order number, and the lady I was dealing with knew immediatly what state my order was at. My sink will be arriving within 4 working days of the order being plced. For this I also got an apology on the delay. The web site says within 5 working days. No apologies needed form this company - professional, efficient and very friendly. You'll never find this level of service at your local B & Q!
