This company is one of the best around to shop from for all your kitchen gadgets, and some of you my have never of heard of them, but they have best in business for 40 years. It is a family run business, which assures quality, value for money and a first class customer service. They started off as you have probably guessed in the Lake District and have opened many shops throughout the country over the years and are expanding all the time. I have been shopping with Lakeland Limited for a few years now and have always found them to be very efficient and helpful. I have recently started shopping online and so decided to use this method for ordering from Lakeland. The site is extremely easy to use and good for just browsing if you don't know what you are looking for. I ordered two items a fortnight ago but had not received them after a week so I e-mailed Lakeland. Within 30 minutes I received a reply stating their horror at the delay and arranged for a replacement parcel to be sent (the blame actually lay with Parcel force). I have been shopping with Lakeland for some years by mail order, I first looked at the website some months ago and decided to stick with the catalogue, but now the site has been improved and is equally as good as the catalogue. The homepage offers you the top 12 products,information about the company and it's history and of course on-line shopping. I have been a satisfied customer of theirs for years and was delighted when they introduced on-line shopping.
