I have been using Lens Catalogue to buy my lenses for the past two or three years. They sell a wide variety of lenses (brand names) and all you need to know to get started is your prescription. I started using this site as I found it to be the cheapest, and the lenses are really good value for money (my toric lenses are £62 for 6 pairs at full price).
