The idea might be very good and well thought out. But yet again - as many B2C sites do - it actually fails to deliver value to the consumer. It takes ages to receive the goods. My delivery was only parital because the warehouse made a mistake. But after 5 weeks I have still not received the remaining items. Also, the company does not respond to emails. I have fired off about 3 emails on different occasions but no response. Funny enough if you call them they pick up the phone pretty fast and then try to be helpful - it seems though that the people have no clue. These poor customer service reps are most likely suffering from nervous breakdowns any time soon with all the screw-ups that are happening. I have decided to cancel my order and hopefully the company will pick up the goods and credit my account accordingly. I have read about stories where Letsbuyit.com does not recredit upto seven months.

By the way, the item I bought was golf balls. After having checked different online golf stores - I found that I could have bought them cheaper at two other online stores!!!!
