Placed an order for next day delivery for 8 dresses from Lipsy last week, none of it turned up for a party I was hoping to wear one of the dresses at. So, I called up to ask if I could then cancel the order, I was told although 48 hours later the order still had not left the warehouse it had been processed so therefore could not be cancelled. I have rejected 3 of the 4 parcels that had then turned up, and Lipsy claimed 1 parcel had been delivered through my letter box the following Monday, therefore I would have to waste my time claiming for it, because they believe there courier over their customers! 10 minutes after I got off the phone, the parcel was delivered through the letter box, so now almost a week later, how cheeky!!! No-one rang the door bell for it to even have the chance of being rejected! I now have a massive credit card bill, 1 dress about a week too late and am absolutely disgusted at Lipsy's cheeky turn up! I always look at Lipsy dresses first for a special occasion, but am so angry at the cheek of the run around that I would never buy from them again out of pure principal, so you can shove your 10% discount off my next order where the sun don't shine! Thanks for nothing! Busy time of year, means you up the service, not blame the customer! Don't advertise something you cant deliver on- next day delivery turned out to be next week delivery! Good luck Lipsy Customers!
I discovered Lipsy while I was at university after seeing the store in a shopping centre. When I first went to the store, I thought the dresses and outfits were very pretty, colorful and beautifully designed but most importantly there is something for everyone. Whether you like to be a glamour puss, a rock chick or a girly girl, you will find something in Lipsy that is right for you! The clothing can be expensive, but they are worth your money, don't forget if you are a student you can 10% discount, with a student card. The clothing comes in sizes 6-16 and the customer service that is given in the stores is just fantastic from the staff they hire. Even some of the biggest celebrities can be seen in this brand of clothing. Famous fans include former X Factor judge and N-Dubz singer Tulisa, girl groups Little Mix and The Saturdays, Coronation Street actress Michelle Keegan, X factor runner-up and rapper Cher Lloyd, X Factor winner Alexandra Burke and even the Duchess of Cambridge was even seen in Lipsy clothing! So you never know your favorite celebrity could be wearing the same, exact dress as you! The first thing I bought from Lipsy was a floral play suit, for my birthday outfit during the day, which was black with purple, white and green flowers. I got for £36 with student discount. The fit was amazing, was not to clingy, not to short, and not revealing too much either. The greatest thing about Lipsy play suits are that they are versatile, so you can wear them with flats and a cardigan during the day, and glam it up with heels and a clutch bag in the evening. Shortly after I bought my first Lipsy play suit I bought two more both reduced - one from £50 down to £30 and the other £50 down to £24.50. The sales are great at Lipsy (both summer and christmas sales) It is crazy how much I have bought in the Lipsy Sales, and they are more affordable. One time in the sale, I bought a jumper which was about £35 down to £15, which was so warm and the colors were nice as it would go nice with a pair of jeans and ugg boots, but after a few months of wearing it, the jumper did start to wear out and started making holes and the thread of the materials starting hanging of the sleeves of the clothing, but I do think that was due to the style of the jumper, not the product itself. But the handbags are good when it comes to sales, because they are beautifully designed, expensive-looking without breaking the bank, also even after using one every day for a whole year it still looks brand new, in the sale handbags go from £40-45 down to £20-30. The best bargains I bought in the Lipsy sales were a leopard print body con dress which was £40 went down to £20, the dress looked amazing in the summer, especially with a tan as it was a white leopard print dress, also it was a very flattering dress too and showed off my hour-glass figure. The second best bargain I bought was another dress which I had bought for a race day earlier this year and my university leaving do this year, it was a nude dress with sequins on the necklace, I'm not usually fond of these dress as I have quite a pale complexion, but when I tried it on, the color didn't make much difference to my skin tone and how it affected the whole image but, it still looked great with either a tan or no tan, so sometimes it is worth trying something on that you would never imagine yourself in! This dress when from £65 down to £32.50, but that dress was more for formal occasions rather than having a night out with the girls. I have bought a few things at full price, three party dresses for the party season. They were expensive (£50-£55 each) but the fit was amazing, wasn't too frumpy, very flattering, so there's no 'having to hold your stomach in all night' So christmas and new year were sorted in no time, party dresses at Lipsy are probably my favorite because they are all glittery and really get you in the mood for Christmas. I will even most likely be getting last year's Lipsy party dresses out again this Christmas and new year! So make sure you check Lipsy out during this time, and you probably won't come out of the store empty handed! The shopping bags are beautifully presented as well, as they make you feel expensive and gives you a nice buzz too! I like the shoes, but I am not the biggest fan, the high heeled shoes are pretty but they are little bit over priced can cost up to £70-80, and they can be very difficult to walk in. But I did see some one time, but what stopped me from buying them was the satin and how I could not wear them in the rain and could only wear them in the summer, which was a little bit disappointing. But the pumps and sandals (in the summer) are reasonable price. So when you are shopping for a dress for a special occasion, make sure you make a little visit to Lipsy because you will probably find your dream dress that will make you feel like a million dollars!
I am a big Lipsy Fan. I wanted a dress for a friends birthday and wanted something comfortable but with that wow factor. I am a size 16 in clothing and very curvy so finding a strapless dress whihc i wanted for the evening was going to prove diffcult. I always find it hard to find strapless dresses that fit and support whilst looking amazing on. I looked on the Lipsy site and yes it is expensive ranging for £50+ for a dress. They have a wide range of dresses to choose from rangeing from size 6- 16. The dresses are very pretty and are on trend with the seasons. I ordered a strapless dress and was promised next day delivery. The next day i recieved the dress as promised in the morning which i was really pleased about. It was recieved in lovely condition. The packageing was really flattering with its tissue paper detail. Definately reccomend this site to all us girly girls out there
Lipsy London has to be one of my favourite designer brands. I only own a few dresses but there all stunning. Not too short or too long. They fit really really well. They do dresses for every type of occasion. I think a lot of their dresses are suited to either 'nights out' or weddings. They are so suitable to weddings, all the dresses are good quality. They dont just do dresses though, they do sunglasses, bags, accessories and other things. I really like there shops, they are all layed out so nicely and you see all the best clothes at the front. I think the prices are very reasonable and range. One of my dresses cost only £27 but another one cost £145. So they really range. They are super quality though and worth every penny. Also the staff in the shops are dead friendly and always available to help you. I like all of lipsy's clothes and think there perfect for any age range!
I have a Lipsy shop near where I work but often find that it doesn't always have all their stock in. So one night, whilst looking for a dress to wear out for my birthday, I decided to have a sneeky peek at Lipsy online, I think they have very recently became popular. I found so many gorgeous dresses and could have bought all of them but not at full price! I think in the sale, the dresses are very good value for money but I would only buy for a special occasion at full price. To the website, I like the choice that you get to View All items, instead of scrolling through pages, you automatically get to see all the items that match what you are looking. The pictures of the dresses are modelled and you can view the dresses from different angles, so you get a true perspective of what the dress will look like on. Ordering from the website is a simple and seemingly secure process, it is step by step and easy to follow. I like the periods of free delivery as I am able to order items online and then return if they don't fit/don't look right at no cost to me. Next Day delivery costs £3.75, which is fairly reasonable. My only slight problem is that because the dresses are so popular then everyone else has them too, so they're not so unique! Delivery of my items has always been on time and the dresses have been perfectly packaged. They are wrapped securely and neatly, which is something you need if they have fragile sequins or stones on. I like the little touch of Lipsy wrapping paper, which just makes it a little bit extra special and makes you feel like your items have been packed with care and thought. I would definitely recommend having a browse of www.lipsy.co.uk , you never know you might just find the perfect dress.
I absolutely love shopping and buying new clothes, and sometimes when it isn't so convinient to go out to the shops, but I still feel like doing a spot of shopping, I will shop online instead. Lipsy.co.uk is one of my favourite online shops. Today I thought I would write a review all about it. ~APPEARANCE~ When you first get onto the homepage of lipsy.co.uk, it all looks really well presented and pretty. I wouldn't say that Lipsy was a designer brand as such, but the clothes are definitely more towards the high end of the high street, if you get me. The website reflects this well. The background is a lovely shiny black and at the top right hand corner of the page is the Lipsy logo, which is a pink L in swirly handwriting with a heart joined into the writing. Next to this it says Lipsy London. ~NAVIGATION~ The website is really easy to navigate. There are drop down menus at the top of every page, the four main categories are 'SHOP' 'BLOG' 'PIXIE' and 'SALE'. Underneath the heading 'SHOP' you will find everything that the website sells separated into categories and then more sub categories which make it easier to find exactly what you are looking for. The 'BLOG' section of the website is a page of news about the brand, for example what new brands the website is selling, competitions, and more commonly pictures of celebrities that have been photographed wearing Lipsy clothes. Sometimes they also put up discount codes for the website, such as LIPSY10 for 10% off which is what I used the last time I placed an order with the website. Pixie Lott has designed her own range for Lipsy and this is what you will find under the heading 'PIXIE'. You can chose to view her entire collection, which is then sub categorised into what kinds of clothing are part of it, or you can look at Pixie Gallery, Pixie Blog or watch her latest music video. I think it is quite obvious what is under the 'SALE' heading, again this is sub categorised down to make it easier to navigate to exactly what it is you are looking for. ~ADDING ITEMS TO BAG~ When you have found an item that you like, for example a nice top, you choose the size you want it in from a drop down menu that is clearly shown at the left hand site of the image of the item. The sizes normally available to choose from are 6-16. It will tell you next to the size whether it is in stock or not, by stating either 'in stock', 'low stock' or 'email me when back in stock' which is a great setting that when you type in your email address they will send you an email as soon as this item comes back in stock. Once you have chosen the size you simply click on 'add to bag'. This button is below the drop down size menu and you can't miss it. A pink notice appears at the top of the page after you have done this to tell you that the item has been successfully added to your bag. From here, or from clicking on 'Bag' at the top right corner of the page you can view the items in your bag. ~PAYING FOR ITEMS~ If you have a promotional code you enter it into a codes box while you are on the shopping bag page. Then it will minus how ever much money you are saving off the sub total, so you don't need to go to checkout and enter any details first to see whether the code works or not. I think this is really great as not a lot of sites actually let you do this. I thought that the process of paying for items was simple, and much more importantly secure. You have to enter your card details which can take time but this isn't something I would complain about. You can chose the method of delivery you want and this is also, in my experience, reliable. The Lipsy way of paying and delivering items is fantastic, in my opinion. I have no complaints. ~PRICES & QUALITY OF CLOTHING~ When they don't have a sale on, and they don't have any promotional codes on offer, this site is bloody expensive! Which is why I only ever buy things from it if I can find a promotional code that offers a healthy discount first. And the tiny 10% off they were offering the last time I checked is pathetic, Lips come on! If they do a 20% off discount I can look forward to getting myself a whole new wardrobe! Please Lipsy! The quality isn't anything particularly special and it's more the label and designs that justify the price tag. The hoodie I got has shrunk ever so slightly in the wash after a few months of owning it, and the colour has faded just a tiny bit, too. The quality isn't fantastic, but it isn't horrendous. It compares to that of most other high street shops, it is average and nothing more or less. ~WHAT DO LIPSY ACTUALLY SELL?~ Lipsy is a site (and high street store) that only sells things for women. Here is a full list of what you can buy off the site: CLOTHING . . . *Party dresses *Day dresses *Tops *Jackets and coats *Skirts *Jeans *Jeggings *Lingerie *Trousers and shorts *Knitwear *Playsuits *VIP dresses *Pixie Lott's own clothing range *Logo Tracksuits *Logo Hoodies *Logo Tees and Vests *Bikinis and beach clothing ACCESSORIES . . . *Jewellery *Handbags *Belts *Tights *Scarves *Shoes *Hair accessories *Sunglasses *Watches OTHER BRANDS SOLD AT LIPSY . . . *Miss Sixty *Arrogant Cat *Junk Food *Killah *Siren *Caprice lingerie *Wonderbra lingerie *Disney Couture jewellery ~ITEMS THAT ARE OUT OF STOCK~ I was really happy with the items I purchased from Lipsy via their online website. I bought myself a grey logo hoodie from the Lipsy Logo collection, and a nice top. I was going to get some jeans but they were unfortunately all sold out - which brings me to one of my very few complaints that I have about the site. I find it really annoying that even when items are out of stock Lispy still keeps them on the site. It is so frustrating clicking onto an item, deciding you really like and want it, to then find out you can't have it because it is sold out! You can request an email for when it comes back in stock but it is still annoying because things don't always come back into stock! Lipsy does have a page on their website, called 'Back In Stock' - yeah you guessed it this is a page which features items that were previously sold out but they are now all stocked up again. I like this page, and being able to request the emails - but why must they insist on tormenting me by making me think items I want are still in stock when they're not! Change it, Lips! ~OVERALL THOUGHTS~ Apart from this very annoying little feature, and the prices not exactly being very cheap, I can't help but loving this website! I love the way it looks, the designs of the clothes they sell are just drop dead gorgeous, and I also love reading their blog and entering competitions. I'm a big fan of the Pixie range as well, but I'm just saving up to buy something from it as it's not too cheap! All in all, recommended. Thanks for reading xo
Great website for getting that special dress for your birthday or wedding. Super speedy delivery times, however, their returns service leaves a lot to be desired. No free returns so you have to fork out to send the sizes that didn't fit back. I paid £5 recorded delivery 1st class postage to send my package back and 5 (working) days later an email was sent to enquire whether it had been received. Nope, but was told that post from royal mail to them was arriving late. But, I'd sent another parcel to a different company recorded delivery on the same day and it was received by them the day after posting. Strange. 3 more working days past and decided to phone Lipsy customer services. Spoke to a very abrupt lady who informed me that the parcel had still not been received. By this point I was worried my parcel had been lost so told her that if it wasn't received in another 7 working days I would report it to royal mail as lost. She told me they couldn't report to royal mail until 28 days of the parcel being in the post. However, the royal mail policy is that after 15 working days of being in the recorded delivery 1st class post a parcel is assumed lost. Explained this to her and got a short surly reply before the call was ended. The next day i got an email saying my parcel had been received and my account was re-credited with the money the day after that. I wonder if they would have held off longer if I hadn't kicked up such a fuss. All in all, great dresses but dreadful customer service.
I love Lipsy its one of my fav websites along with a few others, It always has something if I'am stuck for outfit for a special occassion or just want a new dress then its one of the first websites I will look at. I have used Lipsy for years and the prices have got dearer but the dresses have got better and nicer so you get what you pay for really. Alot of their dresses sell out really quickly so you need to be quick there is always a celebrity in a magazine wearing a lipsy dress the girls from corrie are always in lipsy always wearing them at an awards bash looking amazing and will mostly always be sold out so as I said be quick if you see one you like. The dresses range from about £30 - £70 and can go up to £200 for their VIP collection. There is normally discount codes avail more magazine has offers on a couple of times a year and lipsy have sales alot I would sign up to their mailing list to get the heads up. No matter what you need a dress for you will find it on lipsy and they are starting to open shops all around the country I have been to the one in Braehead Glasgow and the Liverpool city centre store in the One shopping centre you could find out from their website were the other stores are and I am a friend on facebook to the Lipsy page its updated everyday and tells you when new stock is arriving. Great customer service on the website they email back straight away and delivery is really quick.
I was randomly searching the internet last year for clothes and new outfits when I came across the Lipsy website, and my first impressions were WOW! There are so many gorgeous dresses on there that I truley was spoilt for choice. I think I was looking for a New Years outfit, and I defiantely found more than 1 on the website. I had never heard of Lipsy before so I was suprised when I saw the clothes and how fashionable they were. I am more of a bargain shopper so the prices were a little expensive for the 'everyday outfit', but when you want a something special that you have saved for then this is definately the website to come. The website itself is well set out and easy to navigate around. I like the fact that you can choose the option to View All, because on some websites this is not an option and you have to trail through all the pages which can sometimes take a long time! Ordering from the website is also vey simple and also seems safe and secure, I particularly like the times when they offer free delivery and this encourages me more to buy something from there, (not that I need much encouragement!). I have purchased quite a few dresses from lipsy now and they have all been great. I did have to send one item back once but this was only because it did not fit me, so I sent it back and reordered the correct size! The dresses are original and unique and are usually the first place you find dresses of its style. Delivery of the items has been fine and I have had no problems. They are securely wrapped up and packaged so that no damage is done to the item. The added touch of the Lipsy wraping paper that your iten is additionally wrapped in is that extra special touch that makes your new item feel even more special! When I have ordered items that have been delivered on time and I have never had to wait longer for an item which is great as you always want it straight away! If you want that special item of clothing and cant seem to find it anywhere else then I would definately recommend trying Lispy.co.uk. I have had numerous dresses from there for different occasions and love them all, I only wish I had more money to buy even more Lipsy items!! *If you prefer not to order online then Lipsy is stored in other shops, and has its own shop in Manchster and London. All of this information can also be found on the website*
Whilst looking for a dress last Christmas for an upcoming party, I had an idea in mind of exactly what I was after, but yet couldn't seem to find it. I mentioned this to a friend ad they recommended Lipsy. I had heard of them before, but not enough to have really thought about using them, so I searched for the website address and decided to have a look around. Since then, I have used them several times, with great service each time. Every time I look in a magazine there is always some celebrity sporting the latest Lipsy frock which is showing their growing popularity. The website itself is very user friendly and clearly laid out. Categories are displayed along the top of the page and in addition there are usually sections highlighted on the home page, showing you the latest additions to the Lipsy range or their best sellers. The home page is based on a black background with white writing so it is easy to read and is not so busy as some other sites as to give you a headache. Sometimes they also have a sale section, which when they do, offers some amazing bargains. So what do Lipsy sell? Well in addition to their amazing dresses they also sell tops, skirts, trousers, outerwear, denim, leggings and jumpsuits. They also offer a small premium range called Lipsy VIP. Accessories are also available from the website to help you complete your outfit. Their products vary in price but the dresses for example tend to range from £30 to £80 which does offer excellent value for the stunning dresses they offer. When they do have a sale, you can pick them up for between £15-£40 but for this reason they do tend to sell out of a lot of sizes very quickly. One function of the website which I find useful, is the ability to shop by size. I hate it when you search on clothing websites, spot a gorgeous item and then when you click to buy you then find that they have it in every size but yours. This therefore helps to eradicate that problem and it means then that I don't end up having a tantrum over a top that I can't have as I simply won't see it if its not in my size, so I wont ever need to know about it! In addition, you can also shop by colour, so if you know you need a black dress, then you can select black on the left hand side and this will filter all the black dresses through for you. As well as just selling you their products, the Lipsy website also offers a lot of additional information such as care instructions for their items, a size guide and company information. There is also the ability to search for stores and stockists and get information on existing job opportunities with them. I would definitely recommend checking out the size guide as I personally do find their sizes to be quite small and so for that reason I always buy the size up from what I actually am, so it is worth taking a look at before purchasing to help prevent you having to return a product due to it not fitting. Returns are not free and have to be paid for out of your own pocket, so definitely worth avoiding having to if possible. Another downside, is that returns cannot be taken to a Lipsy store as they will only accept them by return of post so this could be quite inconvenient for some. Their delivery charges are reasonable at £3.75 within the UK. They will also post to the Republic of Ireland at a charge of £9.50. Worldwide delivery is also available at other rates which can be found on the delivery information page or their FAQ page. I do find their delivery to be quite slow as if you place your order before 3pm Mon-Thurs they claim to dispatch it same day, yet delivery takes 3-5 days so I am not sure why it would take so long. There is no option for next day delivery so you need to make sure you buy in plenty of time and dont leave it to the last minute otherwise it may not reach you in time. Overall, I find the Lipsy store and site to be very good. I definitely think that they should start doing next day delivery though, but the fantastic quality of their items makes up for this for me! I would highly recommend this store!
I found Lipsy about 4 years ago and I have never looked back! The dresses they make are absolutely stunning! When I first started buying Lipsy it was not really heard off, as the years have gone on and more and more celebs have been spotted in Lipsy garments the more well known it has become. When I first started buying Lipsy the chances of bumping into someone with the same dress/top on as you was very slim but now days not so. But who cares when their clothes make you look a million dollars? Their dresses can be quite expensive and I have paid up to £150 of one before but I have defiantly got my moneys worth and the dress is still in perfect condition. The great thing about Lipsy is the clothes are well made, with good quality materials, you pay for what you get. The sizing of lipsy is quite small. for example, a 14 would more be like a 12 etc. I think its great that Lipsy have also started doing all their clothes in a size 16 now aswell. The Lipsy shop online is fantastic and is always filled with their up-to-date designs and their new styles. The layout of their shop is great as you can search by colour or price range, and just recently can now search by size. If you do decide to buy online all the times I have bought the items have been with me within 2 days as they are sent by a courier rather than royal mail. Ive never had to return anything to lipsy (as i fall in love with it all) but if you need to you can within 21days. I really rate Lipsy and would 100% check it out if you need a special dress.
I decided to treat myself to some new clothes recently, and this included a couple of dresses from Lipsy. I have bought directly from Lipsy's website twice now, so thought I would share my experience. ~About Lipsy~ As well as having their own stores, Lipsy is a brand that can also be purchased in big department stores like Fenwick's, as well as on websites such as www.asos.com. They sell a range of women's clothes and accessories, but they are most famous (in my opinion, anyway) for their dresses which are often seen on celebrities as well as in magazines. I must admit I do not like all of the clothes they sell - in my opinion some of them are a bit tacky, and some too over the top, but then I suppose that I would be the same with most shops on the high street - I can't say I've ever found a shop where I liked every single item of clothing in there! The sizes Lipsy sell appear to be between a six and sixteen as far as I can see. If I find out any differently, I will update the review. I've found the sizes to be pretty accurate - I usually wear an 8, and the Lipsy 8 fits me well which I appreciate as often sizes vary greatly between stores -something I'm sure a lot of women will identify with! The prices for the clothes Lipsy sell are quite high but not astronomical. For a dress you would usually be looking at between £50 and £70 and although there are some T-Shirt and vest tops priced around the £20 mark, you'd usually be looking at more like £35 for a top. I must admit though, I have always been impressed with the quality of the items I have received - you can tell that they are well stitched and made from quality fabrics, so the price can be justified. ~The website - layout and navigation~ The homepage of the website is www.lipsy.co.uk. This will take you to a fairly basic page, most of which is taken up by a picture of a model in a Lipsy dress. To actually view the clothes on offer, there is a bar at the top, and you need to click either 'Collection' for the clothes or 'Accessories' to view (not surprisingly!) the accessories. From here, you are taken to another page with a bar across the top giving you an option to select the item of clothing you want to view, such as 'dresses', 'tops' etc... Choosing one of these options will take you to a page with pictures of several items and their prices, and you can scroll through several of these pages until you find something you like. When you do spot something that takes your fancy, clicking on it will take you to a page showing you the garment (or accessory) from many different angles, as well as a model wearing it, which I think is a great feature, as I often see things online and can't quite imagine how they will look on. I find the website easy to find my way around, and I like that the pictures or clear and there is an option to zoom in to view the fabric up close. ~Making a purchase~ Should you decide to buy the item you are viewing, it is on the page mentioned above that you can add it to your basket. The size options are colour coded to tell you when an item is low in stock too, which I find quite useful - especially if you're being indecisive about something , knowing it might not be there the next day helps speed up the decision! Once you've added to your basket, like many sites you get the option to choose if you wish to continue shopping or proceed to the checkout. If you decide to go to the checkout, you are taken to a page asking for general information such as name, address and telephone number. You do not have to register with the site if you don't want to, but the benefit of registering is of course, that you will not have to spend time inputting your details the next time you shop. You can also choose to sign up for a Lipsy newsletter if you register and although I do get that, I must admit, I've never actually read it yet! Most major credit and debit cards are accepted and the delivery charge is £3.75. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email, however you do not receive a second email advising when your item is dispatched, which is a little disappointing. The whole purchasing stage is very quick and easy, and I didn't experience any problems or difficulty doing this. ~Delivery and Packaging~ The Lipsy site states that items will be delivered between 3 and 5 days after purchasing. On both occasions my items have arrived just two days after the purchase. They do come by courier though rather than royal mail, and although I appreciate that perhaps there may be less chance of it going missing this way, I do find it a bit of a hassle re-arranging delivery with couriers as they always seem to be so specific with their timings, which is difficult for me, given the hours that I work. The items come in a black plastic packet with the Lipsy branding on it, and inside they are wrapped in pink paper which is decorated with the Lipsy logo. The one complaint I have about the packaging - or rather the way the items are packaged, is that the first dress I ordered from there arrived screwed up into a ball and then wrapped in paper, meaning it was very creased, which I wasn't too happy about. This may have been a one-off however, as the second one was fine. ~Returns~ I have never so far had to return an item to Lipsy, however you can return the item in it's original packaging within 21 days of receipt if not happy, using the returns label provided on the delivery note. ~Overall~ In conclusion, I am very pleased with my experiences of using the Lipsy website, that one badly packaged dress aside! The website is easy to navigate, the buying process easy and the delivery quick. The main downside for me is that I don't get an email to say when my order has been sent - something that would make a big difference to me, as I could then wait for its arrival!
