Littlewoodsextra.comNewest Review: ... new customer discount which will reduce the price of your First order as a one off welcome. This is usually some sort of £30 off £60 spend thing, which can turn out to be very reasonable! The payment options are the same as the other catalogues, which you pay for monthly at a set weekly rate that are displayable on the site. If you stick to the minimum payments, you WILL end up paying an ... more |

So, LittlewoodsExtra.com. Well, technically, Ive never shopped with them, because this is the former former name of what we now know as Very.co.uk, which is owned by the company Shop Direct Plc. Along with this online catalogue, there are also Littlewoods, Kays, Choice, Great Universal and so on. Very.co.uk, Marshall Ward and Additions Direct are the cheaper of the catalogue companies, which, in turn can make it quite difficult to obtain credit with them. Now, when you browse their prices online, you will see that they arent the cheapest, but are quite competitive compared to other Shop Direct Catalogues mentioned above. Signing up ... I have always run the littlewoods catalogue even before this modern technology hit off around the world. Ordering has never been a problem you pick up the phone tell them the number not forgetting the security checks and your account number first. They usually give you an approximate delivery time on your order and when they will have it in stock if they havent got it, ordering from the comfort of your home couldnt be easier. Then I tried the on line service well this was a bit more complicated. I entered all my details to register and it told me I was already registerd not quiet sure how because I had never used the on line service before, so I ... Read the complete review

After having no problems with Littlewoods which we hold a catalogue with in my girlfriend’s name we decided to give Littlewoods Extra a try. But this time we thought we would register this one in my name, just for a change really. So off we went onto their website LXDirect.com. The website itself is pretty similar to Littlewoods own website should be pretty simple to use really. As sometimes we found it easier to look through their catalogues for something the first thing I decided to do was to request a catalogue. This was a relatively simple process, as in the op left corner of the homepage there is a button call cat. request which does exactly what it ... Read the complete review

As you may have gathered, I do much of my shopping online, whether for gifts or for myself. I started using this site as I found it quite hard to buy women's clothing on ebay, although I did and still do find it outstanding for buying for my boyfriend (basically because he is happy with anything with medium written on it, and I'm either a size ten or twelve, depending on the cut of the clothing which is quite hard to judge on the internet). So, I thought that the best solution to this was to try a catalogue, as if the clothes didn't fit there would be no problem in sending them back and getting a different size. I hate high street shopping- I go into the town ... Read the complete review

Littlewoods…time to steer clear of it! Why do I say this, well, I too have been dissapointed with Littlewoods delivery and customer services. Surprise…surprise….It’s a similar story to a number of Internet and Catalogue retailers out there. The prices may be cheap, you may think you are getting the convinience of “home-shopping” and you may think you are getting the delivery of goods, when you want it, how you want it. But I have a yet another story to tell of Littlewoods. I ordered their catalogue and was excited by the 20% discount they were giving for the first time buyer. And not to let it slip by my fingers, I ordered a ... Read the complete review
