Livefood UK Ltd is like the Amazon.co.uk of reptile keeping. If you order something, you can bet your butt it will be shipped out in a speedy way, packed well and you will be emailed when it's processed, dispatched and will even be supplied with a tracking number if applicable.
What's more, all livefoods are produced on site and the tubs contain fat, nutritious, healthy feeder insects with very few dead ones and the boxes of insects are always high quality, without exception. The website is quick to be updated if an item is out of stock and the email assistance given by the customer service staff is second to none.
The Livefood UK Ltd website is fantastic, very easy to use and well updated, featuring many other things besides the online shop, including a busy public discussion forum and a reptile classified adverts section.
The equipment is often not the absoloute cheapest that you will find, but it's not a rip off either and I would rather pay a little bit extra for the high quality service, than save a small amount and buy from somewhere where it's hard to get a response to even a simple email.
