Ok..if you don't mind being completely overwhelmed by choice then this website is for you! I could honestly spends hours trawling through all the brands and options on here. I use this site to get huge 700ml tigi shampoos and conditioners, that I have never found on the high street- the last me months. I've also used it for dermatologica, which is again quite difficult to source apart from spas etc. and they have nearly the full range on here. Terrible service, no telephone number for problems, some product descriptions incorrect - STAY AWAY

Lookfantastic.com is an online site selling a massive variety of hair and beauty products. They sell lots of different brands that you can often only find in hairdressers at prices that are a lot cheaper than you would find anywhere else, for example I bought the salon size bed head dumb blonde shampoo and conditioner for only 18.95 and got free postage and packaging, in my local hairdressers the same thing would have cost me around fourty to fifty pounds, so I paid less than half what it would normally cost me and it lasts ages, I am still on the same bottle now and won't be needing any in the next couple of months! I am sure that this is a good company IF your goods arrive and you are happy with them. However, I live in France and my goods never arrived. I know from tracking the parcel that the undelivered goods were returned to Look Fantastic. However, it has now taken me over 5 weeks of continual e-mailing to get my money back from them and I still do not have all of it. I am at my wits end as to how to recover the rest of my money.

Their Customer Service is appalling. Sadly, I will not be ordering from them again.
